Medical Plans:

You may purchase additional coverage up to $300,000.

Voluntary Dependent:

You may purchase life insurance for your eligible dependents.

Company-Provided Short-Term Disability:

60% of pay for 90 days.

Company-Provided Long-Term Disability:

50% of pay up to $15,000 per month.

Safe Harbor Contribution:

3% annual contribution into your retirement (401k) account.

Flexible Benefits Account:

$2,600 for Health Care, $5,000 for Dependent Care.

Education Reimbursement:

Degree directed, up to 80% of tuition/fees, with an annual maximum of $7,500.

Adoption Assistance:

Up to $2,500 for Qualifying Adoption Expenses.

Generous Employee Referral Program:

From $500 to $8,000 per referral.

Increases with years of service.
