Doug Manya serves as LinQuest’s Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, leading a team of over 20 attorneys, contract and compliance professionals. In his role, he advises management and the board of directors on a broad range of corporate governance and operational matters. These include government contracts, ethics and compliance, real estate, employment, and mergers and acquisitions.

Doug holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies from The College of William and Mary, a Master of Arts degree in International Affairs from American University, and a Juris Doctor from the Syracuse University College of Law, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude and was a member of the Syracuse Law Review.
