Does LinQuest pay any special bonuses?

Yes. Every employee participates in LinQuest's bonus plan. Also, LinQuest offers cash bonuses for employee referrals. Finally, depending on company performance, LinQuest offers end of the year profit sharing in the form of a company contribution to the employee's 401(k) plan.

What are the hours I am expected to work?

Staffing needs and operational demands may necessitate variations in the total hours that may be scheduled each day and week. Flextime scheduling is available in most cases to allow employees to vary their starting and ending time.

Is there a formal process for reviewing employees?

Yes. In addition to continuous job evaluation by your supervisor, each employee is reviewed annually.

Is there an office dress code?

At LinQuest, our offices are business casual. However, we ask our employees to maintain appropriate attire for meetings with clients.

Is there a training program?

All employees are afforded hands-on training opportunities within the specific programs to which they are assigned. Also, in-house classes are given by other employees and/or outside experts. LinQuest offers educational assistance for job related education.
