![]() LinQuest develops custom software applications that are used by the DoD to support the acquisition and operation of complex DoD systems. LinQuest applications support SATCOM communications and GPS user mission planning, resource monitoring, logistics processing, modeling, simulation, and analysis. LinQuest uses defined processes tailored for the project scope and size. Rapid Application DevelopmentLinQuest takes thoroughly acquired systems domain knowledge and combines it with state of the art software skills to design and develop within a short schedule and limited budget complex software tools that meet demanding requirements. LinQuest has demonstrated its ability to deliver high-quality software tools, many of which are in operational use today. SATCOM System Modeling and PlanningMilstar Communications Planning Tools MCPT-i is an operational software application that provides Milstar apportionment and mission planning, execution, and monitoring for both the strategic and tactical mission areas. SATCOM Evaluation Tool (SET) SET is an engineering software tool designed to analyze the loading capacity and configuration of satellite communication systems. Network Centric Waveform Engineering Tool (NCWT) The NCW engineering tool is an engineering software tool designed to analyze NCW networks and estimate the satellite power and bandwidth requirements needed to support the networks. Airborne Broadband Link Evaluator (ABLE) ABLE is a GUI driven simulation tool that provides global coverage planning, analysis, and visualization capability for mobile terminals using broadband links on commercial transponded satellites. Jamming Evaluation Tool (JET) JET is a GUI driven simulation tool that evaluates the impact of jamming on transponded satellite communications and estimates the benefit of traditional anti-jamming (AJ) measures including frequency hopping, partial payload processing, and antenna-based AJ approaches. LogisticsSMART-T Warranty Action System The SMART-T Warranty Action System provides logistics support and includes asset tracking and warranty processing. It is a web-based application hosted on the customers’ servers. Automated Logistics Performance Scorecard (ALPS) The Automated Logistics Performance Scorecard (ALPS) provides logistics support and includes asset tracking and warranty processing. It is a web-based application hosted on the customers’ servers. Situational AwarenessMilstar Integrated Space Picture (MISP) The Milstar Integrated Space Picture (MISP) is a SIPRNET-based web tool to relay Milstar information to JSpOC, SATCOM support, and warfighters. NavigationGPS Interference And Navigation Tool (GIANT) GIANT is a many-versus-many constructive and repeatable simulation tool that computes GPS and Inertial Navigation System (INS) performance and mission impacts in a benign or electronic combat environment. Vertical Sensing Effectiveness & CONOPS Tool for Operational Requirements (VECTOR) VECTOR is a multi-platform & multi-sensor constructive simulation. It combines reference system errors with distributed and fused active/passive sensor performance errors for weapon & mission impacts. Modeling, Simulation, and AnalysisJitter and Delay Simulator JDS is a transparent Ethernet bridge that delays incoming packets and induces jitter based on models of free space transmission time and the effects of the TSAT XDR+ waveform. It can be easily integrated with an existing network test lab to assess network and/or application performance given the jitter and delay characteristics of the TSAT system. MILSATCOM End-to-End Simulation Environment MEESE is a hardware and software based simulation platform which models the various components of the end-to-end satellite communications systems. MEESE, originally developed for MILSTAR, has now expanded to include next generation satellite systems including AEHF and TSAT. Its open architecture and modular approach permits quick expansion to include other satellite communications systems. Terminal Control Simulator (TCSIM) TCSim simulates Milstar and AEHF Payload to Terminal Access Control Protocols and the SMART-T to Terminal Control software communications link. TCSim is used to support AEHF Mission Planning System development and training. Using TCSim, developers and planners can simulate MPE operation and interface to a terminal without the need to use a real terminal, saving valuable resources and time. TSAT Dynamic Scenario Exporter (TDSE) TDSE models dynamic traffic, mobility, and weather by emulating the control plane messages between the terminals in the scenario and the payload resource controller. |
