LinQuest has developed numerous software applications that are used today by the DoD to effect communications planning, resource monitoring, logistics processing, and analysis. LinQuest uses Best Commercial Practices and Rapid Application Development to create software in a variety of development suites.

Rapid Application Development (RAD)
LinQuest takes thoroughly acquired systems knowledge and combines it with state of the art software skills to design and develop within a short schedule and limited budget complex software tools that meet demanding requirements. LinQuest has demonstrated its ability to deliver high-quality software tools, many of which are in operational use today. The model that LinQuest uses to perform RAD developments is a Best Commercial Practice that balances the need for rigorous documentation before coding with the expectation for early product release.

WEB-Based Development
LinQuest has pioneered web centric software to perform asset tracking and system warranty processing. LinQuest has developed a technology for the United States Army that monitors the repair status of parts and models warranty transactions. This technology is in use by two product acquisition centers and is being evaluated for further expansion into other programs.

SMART-T Warranty Action System
The Warranty Action System was designed to maximize efficiency by presenting warranty status information on the unserviceable ASL, as well as information regarding previous transactions. The interface is customized to the authority of the users, and their organization. Only that data needed by the user is presented. For example, a user representing an operational unit cannot see or affect warranty actions from other operational units. However, if the current user supports a unit that has subordinates who use the warranty system, then that user can see, but not make changes, to warranty actions submitted by those subordinate units. Therefore, the Warranty Action System ensures operational data security as well as maximizing user efficiency since only those records of concern are displayed.

WALTR
Developed for PM Air Traffic Control, WALTR was designed to support the centralized management of parts for ATNAVICS and FBPAR. WALTR permits users such as CECOM, ATSCOM, warfighters, and the Contractor Depot to interact through a common asset tracking system that allows PM ATC to monitor the effectiveness of the repair system.
