LinQuest provides operations, engineering and training support before and after systems are deployed. LinQuest synergizes its vast systems engineering knowledge to provide expert support to operational commands. LinQuest personnel are currently providing MILSATCOM and Missile Defense Agency Network Operations support and will be supporting the GPS Operations Center activities in the near future.

Mission Planning
LinQuest's operations staff conducts Milstar operations planning today. These mission planners adjudicate warfighter requirements against on orbit system capabilities and determine the optimum network configurations that can efficiently service the system users. LinQuest mission planners also work shoulder to shoulder with the field units to ensure that terminals are properly configured to support network operations.

Operations Support
As mission planning cycles evolve into operations support, LinQuest's personnel monitor system configuration and status to ensure ability of the system to service user requirements. Changes in system status and capabilities are communicated with the impacted field units and where necessary work arounds are derived to meet mission needs. In the Missile Defense Agency's Network Operations and Security Center, LinQuest manages the agency's network of networks, optimizing network configuration to support to the missile defense mission and coordinating outage restoral efforts between network elements.

Software and Systems Management

LinQuest develops, operates and maintains the systems and processes that support mission planning and operations support. LinQuest's operations specialists develop the Standard Operating Procedures and operate the systems that enable to analyze user requests and system change impacts.

Training instruction and Multi-media Development
LinQuest provides classroom, hands-on, web and computer based training to operations personnel and warfighters on how systems work, how to request support and how to use the systems. LinQuest's training programs were developed by expert personnel who participated in other phases of the system's life cycle. This staff also provides a reach back capability to deal with specialized subjects as well as systems' updates.

Computer- and Web-Based Training
The LinQuest training specialists create user-friendly computer based and web based customized training programs that include tutorials and demonstrations, scored simulation exercises, and testing and performance tracking applications (randomized and with feedback).

Multi-Media Training Development
The LinQuest multimedia group works closely with the training specialists and uses cutting edge multimedia tools to produce products that facilitate instruction and learning such as animations, interactive instructional tools, and online help systems . LinQuest specialists produce high quality graphics by enhancing and editing digital photos and working with images where special visual effects are required.
