| LinQuest is proud to provide information assurance engineering, tackling the unique challenges of wireless terrestrial and satellite communications on programs like AEHF, Milstar, TSAT, NMT, and SMART-T. LinQuest provides information assurance engineering from program concept through sustaining engineering. LinQuest has also been at the forefront of developing unique IA solutions for our customers and with working with the NSA and other security organizations in tailoring existing IA systems, such as Electronic Key Management Systems (EKMS) and the proposed Key Management Infrastructure (KMI), to meet the operational needs of the customer. LinQuest has also been a leader in the development of space based systems that support users mission needs such as Over the Air Rekeying (OTAR) and Over the Network Keying (OTNK). |
| Transmission Security
LinQuest has expertise in defining TRANSEC based waveforms that exhibit a low probability of intercept and detection and can operate through jamming environments. LinQuest employs an overall systems approach to the IA requirements needed by programs for protection of waveforms and information being transmitted over wireless links.

Encryption
LinQuest has experience with DoD and commercial encryption standards including traditional cryptography as well as the emerging Internet Protocol Security and High Assurance Internet Protocol Encryption standards (HAIPE). LinQuest has also been a leader in the development of strategies that will enable in incorporation of newer cryptographic requirements such as CMI into the overall system with minimal impacts to cost and schedule. |
Key Management
Key management between satellite systems and their ground terminals introduces unique challenges. LinQuest has been successfully addressing these challenges since the early days of the Milstar system development. Our expertise includes symmetric and asymmetric keys, Electronic Key Management Systems (EKMS), Key Management Infrastructure (KMI) and DoD Public Key Infrastructure (PKI).

System Certification and Accreditation
The Information Assurance architect is in the best position to support the certification and accreditation of the final system. LinQuest has been instrumental in getting unique information assurance solutions required to meet challenging program requirements accredited to meet DITSCAP, DIACAP and other accreditation requirements.
