Network Centric Waveform Engineering Tool

The NCW engineering tool is an engineering software tool designed to analyze NCW networks and estimate the satellite power and bandwidth requirements needed to support the networks.  The tool is being used in support of the Prophet program and WIN-T developmental test.

The bandwidth and power are calculated using terminal power, terminal location, satellite performance, traffic characteristics, and other statistical values.  The output of the tool is a report on the bandwidth and power required to support a particular NCW network.
